I am currently in my final year in Computer Programming at Algonquin College's School of Advanced Technology (August 2022 graduation). I have a Masters in Digital Art from the University of the Arts London (UK) and a Bachelor of Design from OCAD University (Toronto). I am a quick learner with a commitment to quality and excellence and I have consistently maintained my position on the Dean's Honours List with a cumulative average of 92.1%.
At the end of 2021, I successfully completed my first Co-Op work term with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as a web developer for the Human Resources Branch - Learning Technologies Section (HRB-LTS). In my time at CRA, I developed and led the Student Technical Training Guide (STTG) initiative. STTG is a searchable, student-curated wiki resource that supplements the learning path for LTS Co-Op students. Recently I have been assigned as lead developer for the course 'Toolbox for Security Emlpoyees', where I am developing an e-learning product with a team of designers and stakeholders.
I have prior professional experience creating course content and teaching at the University of Toronto's Continuing Studies department as well as the Digital Futures department at OCAD University. I have also created courses in web design, digital art, and digital photography. You will find me to be knowledgeable and passionate about learning and technology with an ability to effectively design, develop, support and lead dynamic and creative projects.

I designed and developed a website for Suzanne Desrochers, a best-selling novelist of Canadian historical fiction. The website includes a landing page, an events page, a product description page and agent contact. The site was developed around the visual aesthetic of her novel, Bride of New France, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The official launch date is scheduled for July 1. 2022.
The Adventure Race website is a proposed solution for an online business that provides themed events for corporate team building, family parties, or individuals. Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, I designed and developed a complete business website with landing page, product page, search filters, member sign-in, password validation, and photo-sharing capabilities.
This java-based application is an educational tool for foreign language learners of English. The program compares the user's language usage with that of native English speakers using the BNC Corpus of Contemporary American English as a base comparator. I first diagrammed the concept using UMLet, developed the program in Eclipse and debugged a working solution with JQuery.
The COVID-19 Ontario Database I designed provides responsive and effective risk assessment to better facilitate distribution of vaccines and tests in Ontario. This complements the existing Risk Assessment approach from Public Health Ontario (2020) and provides a practical infrastructure for the ongoing datasets from the Government of Ontario's Data Catalog on the Status of COVID-19 cases in Ontario (2020). For this project, I created 14 business rules around the relationships between patients and Ontario Health Care providers. From there, I forward engineered a database that facilitated the tracking of Covid-19 positive patients and their locations from the last 48 hours of a positive test.
